An intimate dinner for 200 guests on Cable Beach featuring distinctive produce from the Kimberley. The evening begins with a welcome glass of sparkling Veuve Clicquot champagne and flows with a selection of premium wines and beers. Executive Chef, Hamish Ingham, having just opened his new Bansksii Vermouth Bar & Bistro at Barangaroo in Sydney, is carving out time to be our guest chef for this exceptional experience.
